At The Study Guys [TSG], we respect your privacy and the privacy of student contributors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any personal information from visitors who are just browsing TSG.

• No email address required
• No phone number or address
• No payment details
• No user accounts needed

2. Information We Collect - Essay Submissions Student Submissions

If a student chooses to submit an essay using our "Submit Your Essay" form, we only collect:

• Name - to credit you as the author
• Grade - to show which class level the essay is for
• Age - for context about the student writer

Important: All student submissions are first reviewed by the TSG team. If the essay is good and follows our guidelines, it will be published and will remain published forever to help other students learn.

Only the Name, Grade, and Age provided will be displayed publicly with the essay. We do NOT collect emails.

3. Review and Moderation

Every essay submitted goes through manual review by TSG before it is made public. We reserve the right to reject submissions that are inappropriate, plagiarized, or do not meet quality standards. Published essays become part of our public learning resource.

4. Cookies and Analytics

TSG uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are popular and Google AdSense to display ads. These services use cookies. We also use a temporary cookie for 30 days so guests can see the status of their own submitted essay.
